The NCCL strives to provide a safe, supervised environment to foster cognitive and social development through innovative programs and free access to books and the web.
Our Mission
The Library is open to all school-age children. Children under the age of 5 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
LIBRARY UPDATE: After careful consideration, the NCCL board has decided to close during the week and only open on Saturdays from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
Like many other non-profit organizations in the area, we have struggled to find volunteers to help with our programs, and we cannot compete with the numerous clubs, camps, and other activities in our area.
The NCCL will continue to participate in local outreach events to distribute books and promote reading, host reading programs, and provide a safe space for children to learn and grow.
